Senja was very excited about the District Science Fair, but as we were setting up, a crusty old science geek came by and told her she was not aloud any food of any kind presented with her project. This meant she couldn't display her taffys that she had made and had to take all her cute decorative taffys off of her board. I am so glad that he took his job so seriously and he felt so important. We were crushed.
She smiled for a picture anyway!
She ended up taking an Honorable Mention and got a really cool medal.
She is awesome and we are so proud of her!!
