I was going to rent a tiller for the weekend, but decided I should save some money and get down and dirty and just get it done! I am babysitting my favorite little 3 year old this week and he was quite a good helper. He spent the first hour dragging weeds to the side for me, but then was completely sidetracked by catching roly polies and other bugs.
This is Ethan with a jar filled with about 50 bugs! He was so excited that they even had to sit at the side of the bath tub with him later that night. He said " they are my best friends".
Well I only got half of the garden prepped today and will have it ready for planting by next weekend. I will be so sore tomorrow!

That is just too cute! I am so glad you let him do things like that because I am NOT a fan of bugs! But he is a boy and I guess I will just have to get used to those things. He is so funny though. I can't wait to hear all the stories he will have to tell me from the week at your house!
