Last Weekend!

Ok - I really wanted to post this earlier this week but I left my camera at Scott's parents house last Sunday.  A lot has already happened this weekend, but I have to keep these photos in order for my own peace of mind. It is late Saturday night and I am dead tired, but Scott is snoring and I thought I would make good use of a few sleepless hours.

Last weekend Scott came home from a business trip and we really needed some good family time. If it was up to me we would of gone to some really nice hotel, slept in, got room service and let the kids swim at the pool. We decided instead to let the girls plan the weekend of activities they thought sounded fun.  So what do they pick? Lagoon!  (If your not from Utah, you will have to know that it is the biggest amusement park we have.) 

So that's what we did. Here are the pictures to prove it! 

We went on every ride in the park, but I have to take a moment to talk about the ride called WICKED! It was crazy scary!!! I almost died!

Of course we had to indulge in our favorite amusement park treats!!! 

It is an understatement to say that roasted corn on the cob is my total favorite thing in the world!!!!!!!

Scott really didn't want anything else but to just have a few min. to check his e-mails and facebook. ( What a treat for him that day! )

On the other hand, Burgandy really wanted a Cinnamon Roll that we could smell from a mile away. I only had one bite and she really ate the rest!

All Senja really wanted was a carmel apple and she wasn't too happy about letting me have a bite.

We had a great day!! The park had a whole Halloween theme at night and it was really fun! 

We should listen to our kids more often, they have good ideas when it comes to fun !!!
