What was I thinking?

So I have spent the last week feeling pretty dumb.  What is a 36 year old thinking when she is trying to impress her 14 and 12 year old daughters with the fact she can still do a back bend and the splits? 

Well I could do them but this is me two days later.

(except I am not bald and I don't walk around naked)

Alright, this is really me. I finally had to go to the doctors and get some good drugs! 

Well, this has definitely been a wake up call to get back into shape and start those Yoga classes again. Who want's to go with me?
